You will play a critical role in providing financial leadership, analysis, and support to the operations team, as well as driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Please reach out to Molly Gardner at 816-601-1196 for immediate consideration!Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the manufacturing facility.Develop and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis and trend reporting.Partner with operations leadership to develop annual operating budgets and forecasts, and monitor performance against targets.Provide financial analysis and decision support for capital investments, cost reduction initiatives, and process improvement projects.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.Lead the annual physical inventory process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, and engineering, to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements, including tax filings, audits, and government reporting.Supervise and develop a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
